These mineral stones are used to make ornamental beads for making jewelry. Thick crusts with with crystalline or rough texture are found in typical Prenite mineral stones. The prime color of these mineral stones is green. This green color varies from pale green to yellowish grass green. In few cases, these are also available in white and gray color and these may even be colorless. These have usually glassy luster, but in some cases this luster may be either pearly or waxy. The stone crystals are found either in transparent form or translucent form and are available in orthorhombic crystalline system. The streaks that are present on the surfaces are in white color.
